Does AIM or HYDRA have Hellicarriers?

I was watching the new Iron man cartoon, and their hellicarrier looked pretty sweet, meanwhile over in Nick Fury's Secret Warriors, they went and stole a couple of the buggers and they intend to put those carriers to war against Osborn's forces... And I'm wondering how often do Hellicarriers fight? How many nations, industries and cabals have their own flying fortress gunships of an approximate size to a hellicarrier?

There's something similar in Doctor Who too.

Can you imagine hundreds of Hellicarriers wading through the Clouds like it was the Spanish Armada all over again?

I would imagine that Helicarriers and orbiting satellite bases are incredibly expensive. I can't imagine building more than one -- but I loved it in The Ultimates when they had the flying armada of Helicarriers. Nice visual.
